Mansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and community focused individual to take up the role of Customer Service and Records Officer. This role is responsible for the provision of high-quality responses to a diverse range of customer enquiries including, requests for service, advice on Council’s products and services, financial transactions, and agency tasks across a number of channels.
Reporting to Coordinator Customer Service, and Information Management, the role also includes responsibility in receiving and respond to requests for information or services based on acquired knowledge and information available in Council’s systems and providing internal and external customers with a clear understanding of Council services, processes and timeframes.
Remuneration will be based on Band 4 Level A classification $69,426.76 (pro rata) per annum (35.1350 per hour) plus superannuation according to the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2024.
