Mansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and community focused individual to take up the Customer Services and Administration Support position. The Customer Service and Administrative Support will provide a range of customer service and administration support functions to meet operational and statutory requirements to the Capital Works & Operations (CW&O) and Engineering Services Departments.
This position will report to Executive Manager CW&O and Manager Engineering Services. The responsibilities include maintaining a detailed working knowledge of the departments to enable an efficient and reliable response to customers (internal and external), compile and distribute reports and statistical information, and provide support to the departments including arranging appointments, coordinating meetings, information sessions and other tasks as required.
This is a full time, fixed term backfill arrangement till end of January 2028 (18 months).

Mansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and community-focused individual to take up the position of Project Officer Recovery. This position is responsible for the planning, development and coordination of capital works projects and is funded through the January 2026 Bushfires Recovery Program (AGRN 1242).
Reporting to the Coordinator Capital Works & Delivery, the position focuses on developing projects from concept through to procurement ready status by coordinating investigations, stakeholder engagement, design, approvals and funding requirements, ensuring projects are well planned, deliverable and aligned with Council’s strategic objectives and grant funding requirements.
This is a fixed term, full-time position till the 30 June 2027.
