Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 181 of the Local Government Act 1989 (Victoria) and section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Victoria) of Council’s intention to sell or transfer to itself:

  1. Crown Allotment 8, Section 11, Parish of Lauraville, being more particularly described in Certificate of Title Volume 00579, Folio 682, being the land situated at Mansfield-Woods Point Road, Gaffneys Creek, Vic, 3723; and
  2. Lot 1 on Title Plan 776572J, being more particularly described in Certificate of Title Volume 09388, Folio 262, being the land situated at Mansfield-Woods Point Road, Gaffneys Creek, Vic, 3723; and
  3. Crown Allotment 1, Section 11, Parish of Lauraville, being more particularly described in Certificate of Title Volume 09388, Folio 261, being the land situated at Mansfield-Woods Point Road, Gaffneys Creek, Vic, 3723.
