The Mansfield Youth Centre is a vibrant community hub dedicated to supporting, engaging, and empowering young people across the Mansfield Shire. We provide a range of inclusive programs and activities designed to help young people stay connected, involved, and having fun in a safe, welcoming environment.

Our services include after school social activities, skill-building workshops, and special events that promote personal development and community engagement. We organise dynamic school holiday programs featuring a variety of experiences, from creative workshops and outdoor adventures to collaborative cooking and cultural activities, so that young people can explore interests, build friendships, and try new things.

We also support training and development opportunities that help young people gain confidence and real-world skills relevant to future education, training and employment. This includes accredited courses, practical skill sessions, and mentorship pathways that broaden their capabilities and aspirations.

A key focus of the Centre is fostering creative expression through live music and the arts. Our Amplify committee are a volunteer group who help us deliver a range of events and workshops throughout the year, they are awesome! Our fully equipped music room provides space for rehearsal, recording and performance development, and we feature young musicians in events throughout the year in partnership with our events team.

Additionally, the Centre supports a Youth Advisory Group, where young people meaningfully contribute to local decision-making by providing advice to Council on youth-related issues. Their voices are highly valued and help shape the programs we deliver.

Through these activities and supports, the Mansfield Youth Centre plays an essential role in helping young people feel connected, valued, and supported within their community.
