Mansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to work with key stakeholders in the role of Regional Lead – Integrated Water Management. This important position will work with all the members of the Goulburn-Broken Integrated Water Management (IWM) Forum, under the employment of Mansfield Shire.
This role will include working with technical experts and Council officers on the development of project scopes for funding applications, exploring feasibility, shaping plans, and developing programs and priorities for integrated water management projects in the Goulburn-Broken region. The Forum members are involved in the development and implementation of integrated water management plans for towns and centres across the region. The Regional Lead will play a key role in elevating energy, enthusiasm and commitment to positive change through facilitating the gathering of information, sharing ideas and technical advice, and developing key inputs for IWM plans and projects.
Reporting to the Manager Engineering Services, Mansfield Shire Council, the role will be proactively managing and collaborating with small project teams from diverse backgrounds to ensure the delivery of key urban land and IWM outcomes.
Remuneration will be based on Band 8A classification $112,398.00 per annum ($56.8816 per hour) plus superannuation according to the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2024.
