People and Culture Traineeship

Are you eager to kick-start your career in Human Resources? Mansfield Shire Council is offering a traineeship opportunity within our People and Culture team for a young, enthusiastic and community focused individual.

This is the perfect entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start their career in local government. This traineeship is a full-time fixed term position for a 12-month period and remuneration will be based on a Band 2 Level C Junior Trainee classification depending on age. What we're looking for

  • Completed Year 12
  • A genuine interest in human resources, administration or local government
  • Willingness to learn as part of a traineeship
