People & Culture Support Officer

Mansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and community focused individual to take up the role of People and Culture Support Officer. The successful candidate will be providing administrative support function to help People and Culture team. 

Reporting to the People and Culture Officer, the role also includes responsibility for supporting and assisting the P&C team with recruitment administration including various HR initiatives and programs.  

Remuneration will be based on Band 4 Level A classification $69,426.76 per annum (35.1350 per hour) plus superannuation according to the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2024.

This is a fixed term, full time role until the 30 June 2026.
