Coordinator Major Projects

Mansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and community focused individual to take up the role of Coordinator Major Projects.The successful candidate has responsibilities helping support the Manager Major Projects in establishing capital works priorities and for developing and implementing strategies and works programs to maintain, improve and maximize all major projects.

Reporting to the Manager Major Projects, the role also includes responsibility for managing principal contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, undertaking site inspections and investigations to ensure works comply with quality systems and legislation, whilst keeping project delivery a priority as well as manage project reporting, facilitate team meetings, submit monthly project reports focusing on progress, budget and at risk projects.

Remuneration will be based on Band 7 Level A classification $96,287.36 per annum plus superannuation according to the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2024.
