Exchange of land by the Mansfield Shire Council

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 181 of the Local Government Act 1989 (Victoria) and section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Victoria) of Council’s intention to sell or transfer to itself:

• 7976 - Mansfield-Woods Point Road, Gaffneys Creek, Victoria, 3723, being all of that piece of land contained in Crown Allotment 9 Township of Castle Point Parish of Lauraville, being more particularly described in Certificate of Title Volume 10031, Folio 457.

Should any person be affected by or otherwise wish to be heard in respect to, the Council’s proposed sale or transfer of land in this matter, you are requested to contact the Council’s solicitor in this matter.
