Membership
Membership is free. You can borrow from a fabulous range of books, magazines, audio books, DVD’s and online resources.
There is no cost to use the Wi-Fi or internet computers. The Library offers printing & scanning facilities, a study space and has meeting rooms for hire.
We run events for all ages, from Preschool Storytimes to Author visits.

10.30am every Wednesday. New members welcome.
Jigsaw Club
10.00am - 12.00pm 3rd Friday of each month. Borrow a jigsaw, have a chat and a cuppa.
Family History Group
Meets 2.00pm - 5.30pm 4th Thursday of each month. Fascinating guest speakers.
Bush Poetry Group
Meets 2.30pm – 4.30pm 2nd Tuesday of each month. For admirers, performers and writers.
Friends of Mansfield Library
Meets bi-monthly. Supports the library with catering and fundraising. The Friends run a huge book sale each year during the 1st two weeks of January. New Friends are always welcome.
Outreach service
The Library runs a monthly service to Woods Point and Gaffney's Creek.
Activities for Children
Preschool Storytime
Stories, songs, rhymes, craft and lots of fun. 1st and 3rd Friday of each month at the Youth Centre (7 Erril Street, Mansfield) at 10.30am. This program runs throughout the year. Bookings not necessary.
1000 Books Before School
Join this program and ensure your child is ready for school. This program is for children aged 0 to 5 years.

The Friends of Mansfield Library (FOML) inc is a community not-for-profit group made up of volunteers who support and work to enhance the delivery of Library and related services to the community.

The Little Shop of Good Reads at 31 Highett Street Mansfield is a fund raising activity, run by the FOML, to support and enhance the delivery of the library and related services to the community through the sale of books donated by the public.
