Organisational Structure

To support Council in its functions, an Executive Management Team is appointed to administer staff and the operational activities of Council.  This team, led by the Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for managing the implementation of Council's decisions.

The Executive Management Team consists of the Chief Executive Officer, General Manager Investment & Planning, Executive Manager Community Health & Wellbeing, Executive Manager Capital Works and Operations and Executive Manager Development and Customer Service

Council's Chief Executive Officer is directly accountable to the Mayor and Councillors, who are elected by Mansfield Shire ratepayers.

The Chief Executive Officer manages finance and service performance for Mansfield Shire Council.
