Leasing and Licensing of Facilities
Council facilities and land may be available for lease or licence to community groups, sporting clubs, businesses and other organisations that deliver services, activities or benefits to the Mansfield Shire community.
Leasing and licensing arrangements support the sustainable use of Council-owned assets while ensuring facilities are managed effectively, maintained appropriately and remain accessible to the community. Applications are assessed in accordance with Council's Property Leasing and Licensing Policy and relevant legislative requirements.

Enquiries About Purchasing or Using Council Land
Mansfield Shire Council receives enquiries regarding the purchase, lease, licence or use of Council-owned and Council-managed land, including road reserves and other parcels of land under Council's ownership or management.
If you are interested in purchasing, leasing or obtaining access to Council land, please contact property@mansfield.vic.gov.au
To assist Council in assessing your enquiry, please provide:
- The location and description of the land in question.
- Whether the enquiry relates to an outright purchase, lease, licence or other form of occupation.
- Details of the proposed use of the land.
- A site plan, map or photographs (where available).
- Your contact details and organisation (if applicable).
Each request is assessed on its individual merits and in accordance with relevant Council policies, legislation and strategic objectives.
