The National Australia Day Council makes these awards available to local Australia Day Committees and are presented to citizens who have made outstanding contributions to the community or for personal achievements, or a group who has staged the most outstanding and inclusive community event during the year.

Formal acknowledgement of the award winners will be made at the Australia Day Celebrations on Monday 26 January 2026 with event commencing at 8.30am in Botanic Park Mansfield.

Completed nomination forms and associated information must be received by 5.00pm Monday 17 November 2025.
