1. I was able to access the service when I needed it and appointments were offered at times and locations that worked for me
2. My practitioner explained the service, my rights, confidentiality, consent and what to expect in a way I could understand
3. I felt listened to, respected, culturally safe and involved in decisions about my family's support
4. The support I received focused on the goals that were important to me and my family and I made progress towards those goals
