Council welcomes questions from the community and allows a period of 30 minutes at council meetings to provide responses. The Mayor will read out the question and the response at the meeting.

  • Questions must be submitted in writing via our website.
  • Questions must be received by 12.00 pm on the day prior to the meeting.
  • All questions received and responses given will be read out at the meeting.
  • All questions and responses will be recorded in the minutes.
