Amalgamate Properties Application Form

This letter is being submitted to request that the following properties be amalgamated for all future Rate Notices. I understand that by amalgamating properties, I will be issued with one Rate Notice and be charged only one Municipal Charge and one Waste Services Charge. The properties listed below share boundary fences and are owned and occupied by the same person.
