Remuneration will be based on Band 7 Level A classification $98,887.36 (pro rata) per annum ($50.0442 per hour) plus superannuation according to the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2024.

Mansfield Shire Council is seeking an experienced and community-focused professional to join our team as Coordinator Building & Assets.
Reporting to the Manager Field Services, this pivotal role is responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery and continuous improvement of Council’s building and civil infrastructure assets. The position plays a key role in ensuring Council’s assets are effectively maintained, renewed and enhanced to meet the current and future needs of the community.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results driven professional who is passionate about asset management, infrastructure development and delivering tangible outcomes for the Mansfield community.
