Macs Cove - BBQ Shelter Concept Design
Council is seeking community feedback for the proposed BBQ shelter concept design and location at Macs Cove.
Thanks to a successful funding application, the Howqua Inlet & Macs Cove Community Group (auspiced by Jamieson Community Group) has received $50,000 through the Victorian Government's Tiny Towns Fund, administered by the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions. Council is also contributing $23,037 towards the delivery of this project.
The proposed BBQ shelter aims to enhance community facilities and provide a welcoming space for residents and visitors to gather, connect and enjoy the local area.
Consultation will close Friday 11 September 2026.
