The LEAPing into Resilience Project aims to strengthen community resilience to emergencies through the development of a Local Emergency Action Plan (LEAP). 

This survey is an opportunity for you to share your insights, help shape your community's LEAP, and contribute to building a safer and more connected community. Your input will help identify local strengths, concerns and opportunities that can be turned into practical actions to improve emergency preparedness. 

This survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous.
