2026 Planning Scheme Review

Mansfield Shire Council, as the planning authority for the Mansfield Planning Scheme, is undertaking a review of its Planning Scheme as required every four years under Section 12(B) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.

Council last undertook a comprehensive review of the Planning Scheme in 2022 and is once again reviewing the performance of our Planning Scheme over the past four years from 2022 to 2026.

There is a lot of knowledge in the local community and we would like to hear your feedback about your experiences interacting with the Mansfield Planning Scheme.
