Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be a changing situation, there may be more recent information available coronavirus.vic.gov.au.

Victorian COVIDSafe setting (in place from 26 February 2021)

  • Up to 30 visitors to your home per day
  • Up to 100 people at a public gathering
  • Office-based workplaces can operate at 75% capacity
  • Masks are required: on public transport, in ride sharing vehicles, in large retail stores & supermarkets, when you cannot physically distance from others, if you have any Covid like symptoms, 

What you need to keep doing

  • Practise good hygiene and regularly and thoroughly wash your hands.
  • Maintain physical distancing, keep at least 1.5 metres away from others.
  • Carry a face mask when you leave home unless you have a lawful reason not to. It is strongly recommended you wear one whenever you cannot keep 1.5 metres distance from others.
  • Wear a face mask when required, unless a lawful exception applies.
  • If you feel unwell do not go to work.
  • Get tested. Return home immediately.
  • If you are worried you will lose pay while you wait for test result or you have tested positive and need to self-isolate you may be eligible for a worker support payment.
  • If your condition worsens contact your GP or a health professional. If you become very unwell and are having trouble breathing contact triple zero, you may need to be admitted to hospital.

Getting vaccinated

The Victorian Government’s advice is that everyone that can, should be immunised against COVID-19. For up to date information on vaccinations including timing and eligibility for you or others under your care, visit www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/getting-vaccinated.

Council relief information hotline

Anyone requiring relief or information can phone Mansfield Shire Council’s Free Call Relief Number: 1800 MSC Aid (1800 672 243).
