The Victorian Community Satisfaction Survey (CSS) creates a vital interface between the Council and their Community. 

Held annually, the CSS asks the opinions of local people about the place they live, work and play and provides confidence for councils in their efforts and abilities. 

The survey is designed to assess the performance of our Council across a range of measures to identify ways to provide improvement or more effective service delivery to our residents.

Four hundred households (selected randomly across a range of age groups and locations) were surveyed to hear your views on how you think Council is performing in the delivery of its services and facilities, together with what issues are important to you.

The results from the survey will accommodate Council's planning, budgeting and reporting cycles for the ensuring 12 months.
