From 1 February 2019 you may receive a phonecall from independent market research company, National Field Services, who have been commissioned by JWS Research to undertake Council's annual community satisfaction survey.
The survey is designed to assess the performance of our Council across a range of measures to identify ways to provide improvement or more effective service delivery to our residents.
Four hundred households (selected randomly across a range of age groups and locations) will be surveyed to hear your views on how you think Council is performing in the delivery of its services and facilities, together with what issues are important to you.
The results from the survey will accommodate Council's planning, budgeting and reporting cycles for the ensuring 12 months.
