With a background and qualifications in community development and community education, Paul has held numerous executive positions in the not for profit sector. His business experience includes operating a successful music publishing company with his late wife, and as owner of the Tolmie General Store. From 2000-2015 Paul was the CEO of the Mansfield Community Education Centre (MACE).
A pioneer of the Men’s Shed movement, Paul is a founding member of the Mansfield Men’s Shed, former President of the Victorian Men’s Shed Association and current Chairman of the Australian Men’s Shed Association.
Paul is currently the Network Manager for the Goulburn North East Association of Community Centres being responsible for the professional development and Governance training for 26 Neighbourhood Houses and Learning Centres in North East Victoria.
First elected in 2012, this is Paul’s third term on Council.
