Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) Update

The Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) showcases Victoria to the world and brings visitors to your door. Your profile on ATDW expands your online reach and attracts more customers by displaying your product on major tourism websites, so that people from all over the world can view your business as they’re searching for their next great experience.

ATDW is the tourism industry’s official, national database and distribution platform and generates leads for Australian tourism operators.

  • An ATDW profile enables Victorian attractions, accommodation properties, transport operators, food and wine experiences and tours to be featured on mansfieldmtbuller.com.au visitvictoria.com, australia.com and many other tourism marketing websites
  • In the year ending 31 March 2023, ATDW generated more than 74,000 leads each month for Victorian tourism operators – and that’s only the numbers measured from visitvictoria.com

What’s changing with ATDW?

In May 2020, Visit Victoria waived the fee for all listings on ATDW in response to bushfires and the pandemic, but the annual fee is back from 1 July 2023. Visit Victoria will keep the profile fee at 2019 levels - $295 per profile. For more fee information, click here. The price will remain the same for two years, to give businesses certainty. Events and not-for-profit businesses remain free to list on ATDW.

Through Tourism North East, Mansfield Visitor Information Centre has been issuing coupons to activate your free listings. Effective 30 June 2023, Tourism North East will no longer be issuing free coupon codes.

If your listing has EXPIRED or you are setting up a NEW LISTING, you may still be eligible for a coupon code, however, it must be activated by June 30th. To request a code, please contact our Visitor Information Centre team on 5775 7000 or visitorinfo@mansfield.vic.gov.au

All distributed coupon codes will expire on 30th June 2023 so if you have one please use it

At a national level, ATDW is undergoing a major digital transformation that goes live later in 2023. A simpler design is underway, with intuitive navigation and greater security for all users – vitally important in these days of cyber hacks and attacks. This will also include vastly improved reporting and analytics so you can access meaningful data about the leads ATDW generates for your business.

Log into your ATDW account - details below Check your expiry Date If before 30 June 2023, contact the Mansfield Visitor Information Centre for a coupon code and activate it immediately If after 30 June 2023, check date to renew listing at cost of $295  

How do I login to update my profile or check my expiry date?

  1. Go to ATDW-Online.com.au
  2. Enter your ATDW-Online username (email address) and password. If you don't know your password, reset it here
  3. To view your current profiles, click ‘Profiles’ on the top left hand side
  4. To view your expiry date/s, click ‘Account’, then ‘All Your Plans’
