Reappointment of Chief Executive Officer

As required by Section 94(4)(c) of the Local Government Act 1989, notice is hereby given that it is the intention of Mansfield Shire Council to consider a resolution at its meeting on 14 February, 2012 that if passed, will result in the reappointment of the Chief Executive Officer without the position being advertised.

Further, that contingent on the passing of such a resolution, Council will comply with any other details as required by the regulations.
