Goughs Bay Community Plan
The Goughs Bay Community Plan is a long-term vision for Goughs Bay township. The plan is a community-owned document that identifies goals and strategies to ensure the town’s health and sustainability into the future.
The Plan is to be formulated by members of the Goughs Bay community with Mansfield Shire Council acting as a facilitator throughout the process of creation.
The current version of the Plan was drafted following two Small Towns Community Meetings in Goughs Bay, the circulation of a survey to all ratepayers in the township and a two-hour workshop session with members of the Goughs Bay Progress Association.
Further ideas and suggestions are welcomed and encouraged and can be forwarded to the Goughs Bay Progress Association or Council's Community Development Officer.
