Mansfield District Business Association: Business Plan
The Mansfield District Business Association, formerly the Mansfield Small Business Association has developed a business plan which prioritises and identifies the philosophy of the group and sets their agenda for the next three years.
The association has prioritised making a concerted effort to increase and broaden its membership base, and they are keen to engage members from throughout the shire, and their new name reflects this welcoming attitude.
The document was prepared following acknowledgement by the MSBA committee that a business plan was required to define and document the guiding principles and objectives that meet broad industry requirements into the future, and will build the capacity of key Stakeholders and further the interests of its members.
The business plan has been developed to work with the broad aims of planning towards an increase in membership, develop networking and training, promotion and advocacy opportunities, and a unified vision and purpose for this group.
