Council Plan
Adopted by Council on 23 June 2009
At its meeting on 23 June 2009, the Council adopted its 2009-2013 Council Plan.
The Council Plan outlines the directions that the local government of Mansfield Shire will take over the next four years following the election of a new Council. It sets out Council's strategic objectives and priorities. The Plan also identifies the way in which policies are developed and implemented.
Whilst the Council Plan sets the agenda for the next four years, it will be reviewed and updated annually to ensure the projects and objectives continue to be in line with the community's needs and Council's broader vision.
The updated 2011-2012 Annual Business Plan and 2009-2013 Strategic Resource Plan was adopted by Council in accordance with Section 126(3) (b) of the Local Government Act at the Special Council Meeting held 27 June, 2011.
