Mansfield Reconciliation Group was formed as an offshoot of Project Wappan. It aims to keep the community informed about Indigenous events and has hosted film nights and trips to Benalla Art Gallery and Mt Pilot. The Australians for Reconciliation Award was granted to Mansfield Reconciliation Group as a token of appreciation for the group's energy and impact it has created in the Mansfield region. Mansfield Reconciliation Group can be contacted via email: ingramk@bigpond.com
