| Council conducted its annual non-resident ratepayer's forum at the Whitehorse Centre, 397 Whitehorse Road, Nunawading on Wednesday, 3 June 2009. Facilitated by councillors and senior officers, the Forum was chaired by Council's Mayor, Cr Sandie Jeffcoat.
This forum is held annually in recognition of the significant number of Mansfield Shire's non-resident ratepayers, and to provide an opportunity for everyone to be informed.
